Great Service at the Champagne restaurant; excellent food. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent and the shower had an individual temperature controller which made the shower feel like a spa session.

The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and so well presented. The location was just dreamy. All of the amenities were amazing. And the most friendly staff, especially Elvis at The Palm Court! An ideal end to a fabulous three weeks in New York City.

The suite was just as we hoped it would be! Luxurious and comfortable, elegance from another era but with the bathroom upgrades you'd expect. Room service was quick and friendly. Cleanliness was top drawer. We tried other luxury hotels in the past, but... The Plaza is the best!
